Manager, Integration Solutions

Responsible for third-party connectivity across the Distribution ecosystem (e.g., OTAs, travel agencies, GDSs), including partner engagement, onboarding, and integration into IHG connectivity platforms and systems. This role is responsible for the day-to-day connectivity work required to keep integrations operating effectively—connectivity operations, maintenance, enhancements, and coordination of incident/issue resolution with Technology and other stakeholders. The role coordinates among connectivity product managers, software developers, data analysts, and other functional subject matter experts to define requirements, align on approach, and drive delivery. They guide in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across distribution team members, and support cross-functional product teams.
