Manager, Merch Operations (Logistics & Fulfillment)

We're looking for a highly organized and operationally driven Manager, Merchandise Operations to join a fast-growing beauty, fashion, and wellness brand.
This role serves as the key bridge between Merchandising, Planning, Sales, and 3PL operations, ensuring inventory, fulfillment, and product launches run seamlessly across DTC, Retail, Amazon/Marketplaces, and Wholesale channels.

What You'll Do
Merchandise & Vendor Operations
Manage vendor communication, shipping, routing, compliance, and receiving workflows
Resolve SKU, PO, and inventory discrepancies across NetSuite, Shopify, and 3PL/WMS platforms
Investigate inbound inventory issues and maintain operational accuracy across systems and reporting
Support vendor chargeback tracking and discrepancy resolution
