Role & responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain relationships with organizations across diverse sectors and industries to support student placements.
• Build and manage corporate partnerships and employer engagement initiatives.
• Plan and execute campus placement drives, internships, career fairs, and recruitment events.
• Coordinate with faculty members, students, and recruiters for placement-related activities.
• Identify and onboard new recruiters to enhance placement opportunities.
• Maintain placement databases, MIS reports, analytics, and placement metrics.
• Organize pre-placement talks, skill development sessions, and employability initiatives aligned with industry requirements.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and placement guidelines.
