Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Lead Component development activities for proprietary parts (Truck, Bus, Off road vehicle) including Exhaust system, Brake System, Air-intake system – Air filters, Fuel System – fuel filters, Ad blue system (DEF system), Cooling System – Engine Fan, Lift Axle Actuation System, Suspension System– Axle dampers and cabin dampers, Hydraulic systems & HVAC & Transmission, Engine Peripheral components, Bus FAPS/FDSS.
Work with design and vehicle integration team to ensure technical feasibility and Compliance with regulations and Internal standards.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end vehicle/commodity development lifecycle Concept → Design → Prototyping → Testing → SOP (Start of Production) Co-Ordination with suppliers for technical signoff, Commercial synthesis & Development
