Manager - Securitization & Technical Accounting

About the Opportunity

• Lead the accounting workstream for the securitization program and help establish the supporting process framework.
• Analyze securitization performance, including profitability, funding impact, and comparison against non-securitized structures.
• Work closely with internal finance, accounting, legal, and external capital markets partners on transaction execution.
• Guide and support the internal accounting team on the treatment and reporting requirements for securitized portfolios.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert on how securitization structures flow operationally and financially.
• Help build out and support a small securitization-focused team as the program develops.

About You

• CPA designation required.
• Strong depth in accounting, with the ability to explain complex accounting treatment clearly.
