Position Overview

Job Description & Requirements Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the beauty centre, including scheduling, staffing, and client services.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of beauticians, therapists, and receptionists to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure the centre meets cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of products and supplies.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and care.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, promotions, and customer loyalty programs.
  • Track sales and service performance and prepare reports for management.
  • Maintain a high standard of service quality and client experience.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Keep up with beauty industry trends and recommend new services or products.
