• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the Director and senior leaders to align software projects with Achievers' strategic goals.
• Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Project Management: Lead software projects from inception through completion, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
• Executive Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and participate in strategic planning sessions to shape the future of Achievers initiatives.
