Job Description
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Engineers, providing strategic and technical guidance across customer engagements.
- Own and oversee Proof of Concept (POC) and evaluation strategies, ensuring consistent execution, quality, and continuous improvement of processes.
- Manage multiple sales engineering initiatives in parallel, aligning team activities with company objectives, revenue targets, and go-to-market priorities
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to assess customer needs, define technical strategies, and deliver tailored solutions that drive successful outcomes.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex technical and strategic sales engagements, supporting high-value and executive-level opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
