Manager, Student Accommodation and Residential Operations

The University of Southampton Malaysia (UoSM) is seeking a Manager of Student Accommodation and Residential Operations to lead student accommodation governance and residential operations, ensuring students have safe, well‑managed and supportive living environments throughout their accommodation journey.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the accommodation governance framework across the full tenancy lifecycle, from pre‑arrival planning to tenancy closure.
• Coordinate pre‑tenancy activities, including provider engagement, student readiness, briefing, and escalation arrangements.
• Maintain an updated provider directory and manage relationships with landlords, property agents, residence management offices and other vendors.
