Manager, Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) Implementation Services (VIS)

Role Summary

The VCA Implementations Services Manager will support the design, implementation, and execution of Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) recommendations across the Latin America and Caribbean region. The role involves building and leading end‑to‑end implementation projects, driving program performance, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management and Execution: Define and complete campaign briefs, coordinate with internal and external partners, track timelines, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Performance Management & Reporting: Track and analyze KPIs, provide insights, and support continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Act as liaison with functional teams and stakeholders across local, regional, and global groups.
