Position Overview

  • Planning & Monitoring of casting yard

    •  Responsible for Casting of Segments using Short line Method 

  • Responsible for coordinate with Pre-stressing agency for the Pre-stressing work of segment while casting of segment and erection of segments
  • Having through knowledge of Casting Yard, Pier construction with all necessary checklist and method statement.
  • Construction of cast-in situ pier cap portal and pocket track deck as per drawing.
  • Production and Fabrication of precast concrete segments of ISO DT, Twin DT, Three Span, Station Span and Balance Cantilever Span at Precast Yard.
  • Knowledge in erection of precast concrete pier cap using mobile crane, adjustment collar and spreader beam.
  • Coordinating with all external and internal authorities for smooth functioning of site work
