Position Overview

Our client is one of the Middle East’s leading interiors businesses who work on large new build fit out projects.

They are now seeking a Senior/Managing QS to oversee commercial aspects of a large hotel project in Dubai.


This role requires somebody who has experience commercially managing large fit out projects (hotels, shopping malls, large residential towers) and managing a small team.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Senior / Managing QS / Commercial Manager

  • Experience working for a Fit-Out contractor

  • Experience working on large hospitality projects

  • Previous UAE experience
