Mandarin Speaker — Customer Acquisition Associate

Convergys is looking for an Associate Customer Acquisition - Mandarin Speaker to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. This role focuses on engaging customers and selling or renewing contracts through clear communication and mastery of our products.

The successful candidate will work within a dedicated team and be responsible for managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Mandarin fluency is a must as the majority of the customer interactions will be in this language.
