Position Overview
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Manpower, Personnel, and Training Program (MPTP) Analyst** to join our team in Stafford, VA.
The Manpower, Personnel, and Training Program (MPTP) Analyst will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to support the Marine Corps in capability development objectives, to include creating MPTP Analysis Reports, navigating defense acquisition policies, and ensuring system programmatic documents meet USMC requirements.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Conducting MPTP Analyses consistent with Marine Corps capability development objectives and developing comprehensive Analysis Reports.
+ Developing, refining, and staffing MPTP Plans while participating in Integrated Planning/Product Team meetings and collaborative events.
+ Collecting, assessing, and interpreting data in support of MPTP estimates and conducting thorough reviews of system programmatic documents...
