Position Overview
**Description:** You will be the Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control team in Archbald, PA supporting the the PGNES production area. Our team is responsible for providing manufacturing engineering support.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading key engineering initiatives that drive quality, efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of cable & harness and/or electro‑mechanical assembly solutions.
Define and drive the engineering strategy for cable & harness or electro‑mechanical assembly for the PGNES production area.
Mentor and develop engineering staff, establishing career‑development plans and performance goals.
Oversee risk management, root‑cause investigations, and corrective‑action implementation for program milestones.
