**Job Description**
**The Role**
Are you a passionate ergonomics subject matter expert who wants to leave a lasting mark on how one of the world's largest automakers builds its engines and propulsion systems? As the **GPS (Global Propulsion Systems) Ergonomics Technical Specialist** , you will serve as the Single Point of Contact connecting GM's Global Ergonomics team to GPS Manufacturing Engineering (ME) and GPS Manufacturing Operations (MO) teams worldwide. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you will provide ergonomic technical training, coaching, and support towards the implementation of the UAW-GM and Global GM Ergonomic process. You will drive innovation, jointly where required, to better identify and resolve ergonomic risk of injury within the GPS Manufacturing Operations.
