Your ERP dashboard guides real-time decisions as you position operators, balance work centers, and clear the path for on-time output. Mid-morning, you audit Bills of Material (BOMs), push live updates through the ERP/MRP, and review labor and productivity metrics to keep accuracy tight. As orders move, you coordinate the master outbound shipping and delivery timeline so high-priority custom builds leave exactly when customers expect.

Throughout the day, you’re the on-site go-to for equipment uptime—triaging minor issues, partnering with maintenance when needed, and implementing straightforward process tweaks to remove bottlenecks.
