Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Operator to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Assembly in Daventry, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom .


Working hours per week on a weekly rotating shift pattern of:

  • Mornings: Monday to Friday


  • Afternoons: Monday to Thursday , Friday

    • This role is a temporary contract for up to 24-months with the potential to become permanent dependent on performance and business needs.

    In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :

  • Assembling high horsepower natural gas and diesel engines.


  • Working to the given takt time.


  • Adapting to various tasks as needed will support overall production goals.


  • Maintaining both quality and safety standards.
