Manufacturing Systems Engineer

DUTIES:

·Responsible for business requirement understanding, blueprint, development, implementation, data migration and testing of Manufacturing/Assembly Process Planning with MPP module of Teamcenter PLM application for Automotive, Aerospace, Heavy Machinery and other industry clients.

·Responsible for onsite project management and coordination with offshore team on execution of Manufacturing/Assembly Process Planning.

·Blueprinting, As-Is Process Study, To-Be Process definition, Fit Gap Analysis . OOTB functionality of MPP (Manufacturing Process Planner) of Teamcenter.

·Discuss with customer to understand Business Requirements and define the use cases, play back sessions with client stake holders, sign off on Use cases.

·Collaborate and review proposed changes for integration of all the Upstream and Downstream applications with Teamcenter PLM application....
