onsemi is currently seeking a self-driven, motivated Maintenance Mechanic to support operations.
CE Technician 3 FOL Assembly Tech Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of maintenance duties on various types of industrial and manufacturing equipment including Wirebond, Die Attach, Plasma and IVI machines Routinely monitor the Facilities equipment via computer terminals and daily maintenance rounds. Can do machine conversion, calibrate, set-up Wirebond , Die Attach and IVI machines Can operate WB/DA/IVI/XRAY and lab instrumentation like, High magnification scopes, Dage , Nexiv , SEM and EDX Identify and respond to issues. Adjust as needed to maintain optimal performance.
