Manufacturing Test - ATE and Bed of Nails Specialist

The opportunity

Reporting to the Lead Electronics Engineer, your role will be to design, develop, and deliver high‑reliability bed‑of‑nails test fixtures and ATE interfaces optimized for robust, repeatable PCBA production testing.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and develop bed‑of‑nails fixtures optimized for probe access, signal integrity, mechanical robustness, and manufacturability.
• Select, integrate, and implement ATE hardware (instrumentation, switching, power, loads) in alignment with defined system requirements and architecture.
• Ensure fixture reliability in production through proper probe selection, contact optimization, wear management, and maintenance strategies.
• Develop and maintain standardized fixture design templates, best practices, and guidelines to enable efficient replication and scalability across test lines.
