Position Overview

            Roles & Responsibilities  Responsible for managing compliance with company’s procedures and all applicable rules, regulations, and industry codes, for assigned vessels. 
Ensure navigation and DP practices meet industry standards 
Ensure operational procedures meet the company’s objectives and that policies are implemented 
Responsible for ensuring correct regular reporting by assigned vessels in accordance company procedures. 
Acts as liaison with assigned vessels and authorities for flag & port state matters. 
Responsible for ensuring assigned vessels are maintained up to date with all applicable publications, charts, and industry codes and guidelines. 
Review and analyze operational performance of assigned vessels and identify areas for improvement 
Responsible for developing and follow up on HSSEQ reporting (Corrective and Preventive actions and Root Cause Analysis) from internal and external audits.
