The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive traffic and sales across a portfolio of low‑rise communities and multi‑storey developments. Working closely with the Marketing Manager(s) and cross‑functional teams, this role ensures the timely delivery of campaigns, marketing materials, and sales tools that contribute to successful community launches and ongoing sales performance.
