Marketing Lead

Paragon is supporting an international Oil & Gas company in the search for a Marketing Lead position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Marketing Lead is responsible for maximising the value of the company’s hydrocarbon equity through effective, market-driven sales and export operations. This role manages the full commercial lifecycle of crude oil marketing — from identifying optimal sales opportunities and negotiating favourable agreements, to coordinating export logistics and pricing strategy — ensuring steady revenue generation while preventing production curtailment through proactive scheduling and stock management.
