Job Descriptions

• Prepare property marketing plan and branding strategies for property handled
• Achieve, coordinate and align concerns and targets
• Achieve yearly target income through tenant activities and promotions
• Spread head special events, projects, activations that are tenant related in common areas of property handle
• Ensure that all activity expenses are within the budget
• Strategic market research
• Corporate branding

Qualifications

• BS Marketing graduate or any 4 year business course
• With 10 years experience in marketing, 5 years of which is on supervisory capacity
• Excellent customer and negotiation skills
• Average to excellent business writing and communication skills
• Experience gained in real estate industry is an advantage
• Licensed broker preferred but not required
