Marsh Human Resources Manager (Fixed Term)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Human Resources team at Marsh. This role can be based in Toronto. It is a hybrid role with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This is a full-time, fixed term role through the end of the year.

Responsibilities

• At times supporting HR Managers across the US and Canada as they support their client teams
• May have a dedicated client portfolio and at times be required to provide cover for HR Managers across US and Canada
• Support and from time to time take responsibility for coordinating, the rollout and delivery of HR programs and contribute to process improvements
• Provide guidance and support to People Managers across the full range of activities in the HR portfolio, including and not limited to performance management, colleague development, employee relations, succession planning, absence /leaves management, change management, organizational ef...
