Job Description
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, material requisitions, and delivery notes.Ensure proper material identification, tagging, and traceability as per ADNOC and project requirements.Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, returns, and stock balances.Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, QA/QC, and construction teams for material availability and distribution.Monitor material storage conditions and preservation requirements (coating, wrapping, shelf life, etc.).Issue materials to construction teams based on approved material request forms (MRF).Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy.Identify and report shortages, damages, or non-conforming materials.Ensure compliance with ADNOC material control procedures and project specificati...
