Job Description: About the role

You will teach mathematics to assigned grade levels, contribute to a positive learning environment, and help establish curricular and assessment standards for a new independent school launching its first academic year. The role involves planning, preparing and delivering engaging mathematics lessons aligned to the school curriculum and grade-level outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that develop conceptual understanding and problem‑solving skills.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs and use formative and summative assessment to monitor progress.
• Create clear lesson plans, learning objectives and supportive materials.
• Manage classroom behaviour with consistent, positive routines and maintain accurate records of attendance and assessments.
