We are seeking an experienced and compassionate nursing leader to join our Specialist Cancer Services team as Matron for Outpatients. 

This is an exciting opportunity to provide visible leadership within a busy and diverse outpatient environment, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care for patients across a wide range of cancer pathways. 

As Matron, you will play a key role in shaping the patient experience, supporting staff, driving quality improvement and ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and professional practice are maintained.
