Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities  Coordinate M&E works with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the project team to ensure smooth project execution. 
Review M&E drawings, specifications, and material submissions, and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies. 
Monitor site progress, workmanship, and quality of M&E installations. 
Coordinate inspections, submissions, approvals, and technical matters with relevant authorities and consultants. 
Ensure all M&E works comply with project requirements, local regulations, and workplace safety standards. 
Plan and track M&E work schedules to meet project timelines. 
Attend site and coordination meetings to resolve design and construction clashes. 
Verify subcontractors' work progress, variation orders and related claims.
