Position Overview

Job Purpose/summary 
This role will execute a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Night Shift Data & Performance Maintenance Analyst. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our reporting systems during off-hours, with a focus on data integrity, performance monitoring, and exception handling.
Ability to work flexible shifts based on business needs assigned by leader.
Key responsibilities ：
In close collaboration with the team leader/destination operation team, drive business performance management with internal stakeholders with guidance and support on performance metrics during night shift hours.
To assist team to complete data-related processing, mainly including but not limited to enterprise data analysis, visual display, customized reporting services and other related aspects of the work with Power BI/Tableau/VBA/Python/Macro etc.
