Mechanic - Docking

Job Purpose

Mechanic - Docking is responsible for assisting Aircraft Technicians and Licensed Aircraft Engineers with the maintenance of Emirates and third‑party aircraft, ensuring compliance with GCAA regulations within the docking station.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior staff with activities such as aircraft fuel handling, wheels amp brakes servicing, nitrogen recharging, engine servicing, and other tasks as required to support the department's operational activities.
• Carry out basic support servicing and component replacements of EK and third‑party aircraft under the instruction and supervision of the Licensed Engineers.
• Inspect all equipment before use to ensure it is fully operational and inform the Supervisor on duty of any faults for repair.
• Maintain tools, equipment and systems, including Ultramain, in the relevant workplace.
