Position Overview
Job Description
Develop and review technical documents such as design basis, load lists, cable schedules, and single-line diagrams To involve in the planning and design of electrical engineering works for building services. To prepare tender document, design and technical for MEP specifications for tenders, as well as supervise the installation and commissioning of MEP works. To collaborate with peers of other disciplines in feasibility studies and design, as well as ensure excellent delivery of service to clients. Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project quality plan, contract requirements including the drawings and specifications Monitor and control works including those of subcontractors to ensure compliance with the specified requirements Ensure material submission and approval, ordering and delivery are according to agreed schedules Liaise and coordinate with M&E consultants, clients, subcontractors, authorities and to establish rolling programme Coo...
