About the Role

A leading industrial operation is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Mechanical Foreman to join their maintenance team in Durban.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong leader with a solid maintenance background and proven experience managing artisans within a demanding production environment.

Key Requirements

• Trade Tested Artisan
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related qualification
• 8–10 years' relevant maintenance experience
• Minimum 5 years' supervisory/management experience
• Experience managing teams of 20–30 artisans
• Strong preventative and breakdown maintenance experience
• Excellent fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
• Mining or heavy industrial experience highly advantageous
• Valid driver's licence
