Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Contribute and drive continuous work process improvements in safety, waste elimination, cost improvement and productivity improvement
- Participate in reliability engineering analysis to drive continuous uptime improvement through defect elimination, troubleshooting and conducting detailed failure analysis.
- Perform verification, validation and analysis of past equipment history & current data.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment.
- Execute predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance program for mechanical equipment on a timely basis.
- Provide support to the plant operations to improve reliability of equipment.
- Perform non-destructive testing and analysis on mechanical equipment such as Vibration Analysis and Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement.
- 'O' Level; Professional Certificate/NITEC in Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
