Mechanical Supervisor

Description Trant Engineering are working on water treatment upgrade projects across the Somerset, Wiltshire and Dorset regions. We are currently looking for a proven Mechanical Supervisor to join our team, working initially on a project just north of Cheddar. The role involves involves hands-on working as well as supervising mechanical teams, coordinating with other trades, ensuring compliance with project specifications, monitoring health & safety, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely completion of mechanical works. Key Responsibilities Team Supervision & Coordination Lead and manage a team of mechanical operatives and subcontractors. Allocate work according to skills, project schedules, and priorities. Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to quality standards. Mentor and support less experienced mechanical staff.
