Position Overview
Coordinate the design and administration of mechanical systems in construction. Supervise contract documentation and collaborate with diverse teams while reviewing essential HVAC and plumbing systems.
As a Mechanical Project Coordinator, your role involves overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring high-quality contract documents are developed efficiently. Work closely with contractors and architectural teams, review site conditions, and assess mechanical systems throughout various projects. Effective problem-solving and leadership are key to navigating multiple client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the development of contract documentation
• Coordinate site assessments and ensure compliance
• Review shop drawings and RFI submissions
