Mechanical Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, Repair, Inspect, maintain and repair mechanical systems including HVAC, pumps, water heaters, valves and plumbing in buildings, villas and apartments.
• Troubleshooting, installation, diagnose mechanical faults, identify required repairs or replacement parts, and support the installation and replacement of mechanical equipment and fixtures.
• Safety coordination: respond to emergency breakdowns, follow health, safety and environmental standards, and coordinate with electrical, civil and facility maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in building maintenance, residential maintenance, or facilities management.
• Education: ITI / Diploma / Technical Certificate in Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, or related field.

Location

Must be based in UAE.
