Mechanical Technologist

We are currently seeking full‑time Mechanical Technologists to support the build, testing, and development of precision electro‑mechanical systems. The ideal candidate combines strong mechanical aptitude with problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset. The hours will typically be Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Base salary: $60,000 – $65,000 / year

Location: 45 Innovation Dr, Dundas, ON L9H 7L8

Typical Duties (but are not limited to):

• Build products following established shop practices, mechanical drawings, and written or verbal instructions
• Assemble and perform testing on precision electro‑mechanical prototypes and high‑reliability products
• Carry out maintenance and repairs on production equipment
• Contribute feedback on design requirements and technical drawings
• Assist in developing specifications and procedural documentation
