Media Lead

Role Summary Media Lead, leads Beno's Media Department and owns the creative vision, visual identity, and end-to-end content production for the brand and its verticals — yachts, watersports, luxury cars, desert buggies, helicopters, private jets, fine dining, and lifestyle experiences.

The role sets creative direction, translates marketing targets into content strategy and execution, and manages the full production pipeline from concept and shooting through editing, post-production, and delivery.

It combines hands-on craft (videography, photography, and editing) with department leadership, cross-functional coordination, and resource management, ensuring a consistent, premium standard of output that reflects Beno's positioning as a leading luxury concierge business in the UAE.
