Job Description Position: Manager, Medical Affairs
Roles and Responsibilities:
 Devise strategies and planning for launch of new indication/products including KOL engagement and medical education
 Liaise with professional associations and KOLs to build and drive scientific advocacy for the product/therapy area
 Drive medical education and scientific dialogue for products and therapy area in collaboration with cross functional teams
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  Collaborate with the marketing department to develop marketing strategies
 Conduct analysis of products and product pipeline
 Building a professional rapport with Key Opinion Leaders
 Support sales force trainings, present science news, activity plans etc.
 Collaboration with external medical experts
 Provide refresher training to sales/marketing through ongoing training initiatives.  Provide pre-launch and launch training to sales staff for new products
