- Provide service activities for medical equipment in healthcare environments, based at customer sites.
- Serve as a primary field contact for technical service, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective case resolution.
- Training provided- OJT for 1st Month
Provide preventive maintenance and repair service at customer locations in accordance with established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment, and replacement parts.
Handle installation, commissioning, calibration, and testing of relevant equipment at customer locations according to standard operating protocols.
