Australian Unity is excited and proud to be partnering with Beyond Blue to deliver their support services to all Australians in need. We’re looking for an experienced Mental Health Team Leader to join our community-based team. This is a virtual role that requires working afternoon shifts from home on a full-time permanent contract.  

About you:

You are an experienced leader who feels confident in the management of a team of 10 - 15 front line Counsellors and Coaches as part of the Beyond Blue Support Service.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include overseeing the operational workflow during night hours, acting as the primary clinical and operational escalation point, delivering clinical supervision, and providing people leadership. You will also support continuous quality improvement initiatives & conduct audits.
