MEP BIM Lead: 3D Models, Coordination & Clash-Free Delivery

Dormont Manufacturing Co seeks an experienced BIM/MEP Draftsman to lead the creation and coordination of detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems using Autodesk Revit.

You will support MEP engineers, develop accurate models for HVAC, piping, wiring, and fire protection, and generate essential outputs like load schedules and SLDs. Strong BIM knowledge and 3–5 years of consultancy drafting are required.
