Responsibilities

• Produce combined composite high-level services coordination drawings all trades overlaid with void zoning service-priority allocation and coordinated cross-sections at congested areas
• Produce penetration sleeve and builders-work BWIC coordination multi-tier trapeze support coordination and bottom-of-service level annotation
• Produce MEP plant and service room layouts pump rooms FAHU ETS rooms electrical LV rooms tank rooms equipment arrangement plinths in-room connections drainage and equipment-removal routes
• Coordinate firefighting sprinkler-head layout on the RCP grid FF pipe routing wall-mounted devices WCO and reflected ceiling plans RCP across all trades
• Run clash detection Navisworks Revit and issue clash reports
• Verify that all services fit the ceiling void versus structural soffit and finished ceiling confirm minimum headroom and beam clearance
