MEP Store Keeper

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify all incoming MEP materials (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Ensure proper documentation for all materials received, issued and stored.
• Maintain accurate records in the store system, manually or via ERP.
• Organize and store materials systematically to ensure easy identification and access.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess materials to the procurement team lead.
• Issue materials to site teams as per approved requests and maintain proper tracking.
• Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory audits.
• Ensure proper handling and storage conditions to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration of materials.
• Coordinate with procurement and site engineers for material requirements and deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and organization of the store area.
