Merchandise Planner

Customers see beautiful furniture. You'll see thousands of possible combinations, changing sales patterns and manufacturing constraints. Turning all of that into an accurate demand plan is what makes this role so interesting. THE COMPANY A made-to-order furniture business where every customer order is different. One item can be available in hundreds of finishes, multiple sizes and countless configurations. Multiply that across the category and you're dealing with more than 10,000 possible combinations. Rather than forecasting stock, you'll be forecasting demand, balancing manufacturing capacity and helping ensure the right products can be made, by the right makers, at the right time. You'll be joining a small, collaborative Planning team on a 12-month maternity cover, reporting into the Head of Planning and supported by a Planning Assistant.
