Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-shelf stock levels and ensure zero out-of-stock (OOS) situations for all product lines.
• Practice first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory rotation to manage product freshness and minimize expiry risk.
• Check backroom store warehouse inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment orders with sales representatives.
• Design and implement visually appealing merchandising displays that align with brand standards and attract customer attention.
• Deploy promotional displays and thematic setups on time for specific marketing campaigns or seasonal activations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 years of experience in merchandising or retail management to demonstrate expertise in the field.

Proven track record of successful merchandising strategies that have driven sales growth and customer engagement.
