Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser who can coordinate with buyers, internal departments, sampling, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth order execution from development to shipment. The role requires strong follow-up, buyer communication, costing coordination, and production timeline management.
Key Responsibilities
Buyer Coordination & Order Execution
Coordinate with buyers, clients, and internal teams for order development and execution.
Review buyer requirements, tech packs, samples, trims, fabrics, pricing, and production timelines.
Communicate buyer comments and requirements to Sampling, Pattern, Production, and Quality departments.
Support client relationship management through professional communication and timely updates.
