Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst

We are looking for a Mergers & Acquisition Analyst to join Konecranes’ Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build hands‑on M&A experience in a global industrial company.

You will work closely with experienced M&A professionals and senior leaders, supporting transactions and strategic investment decisions that shape the future of Konecranes.

Location: Konecranes is headquartered in Hyvinkää, Finland. This role is primarily based at our modern offices in Keilaranta, Espoo. We work in a hybrid model with around 50% of the working time on‑site. Occasional travel (approximately 10 days per year initially, possibly increasing over time) is part of the role.

Key responsibilities

• Support in evaluating investment opportunities, including market, financial, and strategic analysis.
